As a permanent single manager or management couple, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining gardens and pools, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the property.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate the activities of staff members
* Maintain the property's gardens and pools to the highest standard
* Oversee the financial management of the property, including budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years experience in property management or a related field
* A valid Australian Business Number (ABN)
* Non-smoker status
