About the Company
We are a growing window and door company based in Canberra, supplying and installing aluminium windows and doors for both residential and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of our projects.
About the Role
This is an office-based role responsible for coordinating project logistics, tracking orders and supporting communication between project teams and the factory.
You will work closely with the commercial project team and residential project team to ensure projects run smoothly from production to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Commercial Project Team with delivery scheduling and project coordination
* Track project orders and monitor delivery progress
* Liaise with the factory to coordinate production schedules
* Assist with coordinating residential project schedules with factory production
* Maintain project records and support general project administration
* Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Skills and Experience
* Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, Microsoft Office)
* Experience in construction, manufacturing or project coordination is highly regarded
