Australia - NSW - Attunga
Our Role
We are currently recruiting for a Permanent Full Time Electrical Tradesperson at our Attunga plant. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will work with a high degree of autonomy and carry out varied work including troubleshooting, breakdown, repair and carry out tasks under our preventative maintenance program.
This will be a day shift Monday to Friday role; however you will be required to work on some weekends and will be available to attend unplanned breakdowns, whereby overtime rates will be paid.
The successful applicant will have the following:
* An Electrical Fitter or Electrical Trade qualification.
* Successful experience on VSD's, switchgear and instrumentation.
* PLC and SCADA process control experience highly regarded but not essential.
* Experience with Crushing and Screening, Milling, Kiln and Hydration equipment highly regarded but not essential.
* Other key traits you will have include effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
* A current manual driver's license is required.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude towards safety and a commitment to Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental requirements and legislation.
