An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned financial leader to oversee the company's finance and payroll departments.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading strategic financial management, ensuring accurate financial records, and managing the balance sheet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
* Manage the balance sheet and supporting documents.
* Direct all accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, inventory management, and revenue reporting.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Lead the development of financial systems that capture, analyze, interpret, and report on financial data.
* Produce high-quality financial reports.
* Buid strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Monitor changes in local and international regulatory standards.
* Drive finance-related transformations.
* Maintain compliance with accounting standards and tax obligations.
* Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
* Enhance finance and administrative systems.
* Lead the team to deliver timely payroll processing.
About You:
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field and be a certified public accountant (CPA) or chartered accountant (CA).
* Have 5–10 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role within a global business.
* Proven track record in financial management across AR/AP, payroll, tax, budgeting, and compliance.
* Experience in managing internationally based teams.
* Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax obligations.
* Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Office skills.
* Skilled in managing offshore resources.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to problem-solve and make sound decisions.
