Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to support the delivery of our largest Federal Government Contact Centre. As a Technical Writer/Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring that technical documents comply with contractual obligations and are managed effectively.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing an Information governance framework, ensuring that business documentation follows ISO9001 standards, and managing technical documents through acceptable lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure technical documents comply with contractual obligations and follow the Technical Delivery framework.
* Develop and implement an Information governance framework, including policy, standard, procedures, and guidelines.
* Manage business documentation to ensure it meets ISO9001 standards.
* Oversee the management of technical documents throughout their lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in business processes, including Systems Engineering and change management.
* A successful background in Quality Management Systems process improvement and project management.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
* Consultancy experience, especially in diagnostic, analysis, redesign, and implementation.
* Proficiency in desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS Windows environment.
* An Australian citizenship and eligibility for Federal Government security clearance.
