Chef de Partie role at Accor, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This full-time position is with The Novotel & ibis Styles Melbourne Airport, a dual-branded hotel recently opened to serve the airport community.
About you
* You are passionate about hospitality and food.
* You have a strong background in Italian cuisine and pizza preparation.

* You are available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
What you will be doing
* Inspiring the team, leading by example to ensure guests have a genuinely unforgettable dining experience.
* supervising and training kitchen staff, and managing general and specialized duties.
* Ordering and stock control.
* Collaborating with the Executive Chef/Sous Chef and operating a section of the kitchen to ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques meet established recipes and standards.
