Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers who have recently missed payments on their contracts.
You will work in a fast-paced contact centre environment, liaising with customers primarily over the phone and via email, resolving matters of outstanding arrears.
Confidently and effectively negotiate results that are commercially viable and in line with Debt Collections Guidelines and internal processes.
