Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members. Building strong relationships with Centre Management and representing the brand with professionalism. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and OHS standards. What we're looking for: Proven leadership experience in multi-site or large-format retail management. Strong people leadership and coaching ability with a focus on developing talent. Commercially minded with the ability to drive results through effective sales and operational management. A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
