AUSTCORP is currently seeking experienced operators and labourers to join our growing asphalt crews. This role offers an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals with strong asphalt knowledge and a commitment to quality workmanship and safety.
Needed:
* Proven experience operating steel rollers in asphalt applications
* Strong understanding of asphalt paving and compaction processes
* Easy‐going attitude
* White Card (Construction Card)
* RII machinery tickets (Skid Steer, Roller, FEL, etc.)
* Current Driver Licence – an HR licence is advantageous
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends if required
* Able to pass a Pre‐Employment Medical
* Able to work away when needed
* Able to maintain safe work practices at all times
