Bus Driver
**Assist the Program Manager to transport residents to activities and ensure they feel respected and secure, as well as manage bus maintenance and repairs.**

**Your Contribution**
- Transport consumers to and from our center in a minibus;
- Drive in a manner that ensures passengers safety and comfort;
- Conduct routine bus maintenance to ensure the bus is roadworthy;
- Complete documentation including runs sheets, logs and fuel records;
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness at all times;
- Contribute to a culture of safety and care, by working safely, adhering to policies and procedures Proactively model the Fresh Hope Communities' Values in all interactionsWhat You Bring
**Qualifications**
- Current Class C Drivers licence;
- Excellent driving record;
- Ability to work as part of a small team;
- Knowledge of transport related manual handling and OH&S; issues;
- Previous experience working with people with dementia desirable;
- Hold a current Criminal History Check (within the last three years) suitable for aged care, or willingness to acquire.
