Harvest Hotels, as the owner and operator of 13 pubs spread across SA and NSW, are seeking a Bottle Shop Manager to join the team at The Blue Gums Hotel in Fairview Park in the Northeast of Adelaide. Your previous experience in Liquor Retail will enable you to put your experience into action.Prior Management experience is preferred but not essential. If you are a person looking for career progress, you should apply as training will be provided.A sound knowledge of the liquor industry is important. Experience ordering and managing stock and working in a fast-paced retail store will be highly regarded.This role will suit persons with the following experience and skills:You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your store.Valid RSA is a must for this role.2+ years’ experience working in a retail liquor store or busy drive-thru retail liquor outlet.Experience with inventory management.Providing friendly and professional experience to all patrons.Performing general retail bottle shop duties such as serving customers, stocking shelves, receiving orders.Manage store presentation and ensure a safe and welcoming store for our customers and staff.Lead and drive your team to deliver a great customer service experience.Availability to work a mix of days, nights, and weekends as required.About Harvest HotelsHarvest Hotels is a hospitality company that acquires, develops, and operates pubs; currently owning and managing a portfolio of pubs across NSW and SA.
