An established and well-regarded Australian business in the vehicle services space is seeking a self-motivated Business Development Representative to help grow sales across Southeast Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, and regional Victoria.
This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, engaging with clients face-to-face, and delivering tailored solutions. You'll be joining a tight-knit team and reporting directly to the General Manager, supported with strong onboarding, industry reputation, and tools of the trade.
About the Role
* Meet with car dealerships, fleet operators, and end-users across Victoria
* Develop new business and maintain existing accounts
* Make cold and warm calls, attend face-to-face meetings, and follow up with quotes
* Build long-term relationships with customers in government, construction, infrastructure, and more
* Attend trade shows, dealer events, and promotional activities
* Report weekly activity, update CRM, and coordinate with the internal sales team
* Regular multi-day travel within Victoria required
* Work from Campbellfield office approx. once a week

About You
* 5 years' field-based B2B sales experience in Australia
* Proven success generating and converting new business
* Strong communicator with good attention to detail
* Resilient, confident, and able to work independently
* Comfortable cold calling and travelling regularly
* Clean driver's licence
* Willingness to undergo police and drug/alcohol checks
* Full Australian work rights required
