The role
Provide technical leadership and consulting expertise to support new business growth and strengthen retention across Brennan’s customer portfolio.
Guide customers with thought leadership across Managed Services, Cloud, Infrastructure, End User Compute, Microsoft 365 and Networking.
Key Responsibilities
* Design solutions across some of the following technology areas: Managed Services, Cloud, Infrastructure, End User Compute, Security, Microsoft 365 & Networking.
* Collaborate with Account & BDM teams to engage clients, understand their business, challenges and goals, to design solutions and achieve their outcomes.
* Support our Account and BDM teams to qualify opportunities in line with Brennan’s portfolio of solutions and offerings.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to create solutions and proposals that meet customer needs and deliver Brennan’s outcomes.
* Engage across the sales cycle, from initial contact and solution design through negotiation, order finalisation and transition to delivery.
Skills & Experience You Will Bring
* Passion for solving challenges and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
* Experience in a pre-sales focussed architecture role, within a Service Integrator, Managed Services Provider or Consultancy environment.
* Knowledge designing solutions across some of the following areas: Managed Services, Cloud, Infrastructure, End User Compute, Dynamics, Security & Networking.
* Skilled in complex RFP responses and articulating the value of end-to-end solutions to clients.
* Confident presenting complex solutions to customers (up to C-Suite) with clear, compelling communication.
