We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to join our organization in Port Macquarie, Australia.
This is a permanent part-time position with flexibility to increase hours as needed. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service to predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health.
Key responsibilities include welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support to clinicians, managing clinic operations, and learning software applications.
To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration, a passion for delivering excellent client experiences, and strong communication and organizational skills.
