Our client is a well-established organisation with a large and complex technology environment, and they are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can bring structure, momentum and practical delivery focus to the team. This role suits someone who is comfortable working across technical and business stakeholders, can cut through ambiguity, and knows how to get things moving in an environment that is still evolving in parts. Location: NSW, 2127 Job type: Perm (contract may be considered) Rate: $140-160k super Role type: Initially full-time onsite, moving to 3 days in the office per week once established Requirements: Proven Project Management experience across medium to large, complex environments Strong understanding of Agile practices, with the ability to work comfortably across Agile and Waterfall delivery styles Exposure to software development environments and a range of technology stacks Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence without direct reporting lines Experience working with established teams, governance structures and mature operating models A practical, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to bring clarity to complex or partially defined work Comfortable working in environments where processes are still developing and improvement is needed Ability to work with technical teams and translate detail into clear, workable outcomes Responsibilities: Lead delivery across assigned projects and keep work moving through to completion Work closely with developers, BAs, testers and operational teams to coordinate outcomes Manage stakeholders at different levels and maintain strong alignment across the business Bring structure to ambiguous work and help shape the delivery approach where needed Support the uplift of delivery practices and more flexible ways of working Navigate competing priorities, remove blockers and keep momentum in a complex environment Build trust quickly with experienced teams and help drive progress without overcomplicating the process Benefits: Opportunity to work with a large, established organisation on meaningful technology delivery Visible role with real influence over delivery outcomes Hybrid working model after the initial onboarding period Great fit for someone who enjoys ownership, accountability and getting things done Sound like you?
