About the Job
The Ecommerce Trading Specialist will drive online trading metrics and ensure content is fine-tuned for maximum revenue generation and optimal customer experience.
This role requires translating the Customer Value Proposition into tangible, delightful, and profitable online interactions.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting & Analysis: Provide insightful data to identify areas of opportunity and refine content and trading approaches.
* Online Range Management: Maintain and update the online assortment in line with team strategies and market trends.
* Pricing & Promotions Management: Execute online pricing adjustments and promotional campaigns, providing suggestions for improvements.
* Website Content Support: Assist in creating and curating content such as buying guides, educational materials, and promotional content.
* Website Personalisation: Recommend and implement personalized shopping experiences based on customer behaviour and analytics.
* Product Taxonomy Refining: Refine product categorization to ease navigation and discovery for customers.
About You
You'll need a sound understanding of the target market, customers, and product spectrum.
Proven expertise in optimizing e-Commerce settings for both revenue and customer experience is required.
Strong HTML and CSS skills are necessary, along with hands-on experience with CMS tools like Shopify or BigCommerce.
Prior work with SAP/ERP and Product Information Management (PIM) platforms is beneficial.
