Job Overview:
Carexcell is seeking individuals to support individuals' independence and enhance their quality of life through community care services. As a Community Carer, you will be part of a dedicated team that makes a difference in people's lives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Personal Care Support: Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, mobility, and continence care for our clients.
* Domestic Assistance: Perform light household duties, grocery shopping, and meal preparation to promote independence and well-being.
* Health & Wellbeing Support: Administer medication, support reablement-focused care, and monitor client wellbeing to ensure optimal health outcomes.
* Social & Emotional Support: Provide companionship and facilitate community involvement to combat loneliness and isolation.
* Care Planning & Documentation: Follow person-centred care plans and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of care.
* Workplace Health & Safety: Adhere to WHS guidelines and ensure a safe environment for clients and staff alike.
* Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with team members to achieve shared goals and participate in training and development opportunities.
