This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly technical team and contribute to data-driven pricing decisions informed by robust analysis and a deep understanding of risk-based pricing. These are permanent, full-time opportunities based in Brisbane, offering a hybrid work arrangement with competitive remuneration and benefits. Key Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end pricing for their personal line insurance portfolio through data analysis, modelling and implementation. Conduct technical analysis including building predictive models. Managing and manipulating large and complex data sets. Provide insights of the market trends and recommendations on pricing. Managing stakeholder relationships and assisting in the development of new pricing strategies. Role requirement: General insurance experience in end-to-end pricing of personal lines products: Pricing Analyst/Senior Analyst: 1-5 years Pricing Actuary: 5 years Pricing Manager: 7 years with prior experience managing a small team Understanding of statistical modelling techniques and, in particular, predictive modelling approaches and machine learning techniques (e.g. GLM, GAM.
