* New Car Sales Manager – hands‐on position
* Retainer $70k‐$75k + Super, commission structure, car or car allowance; On‐Target Earnings $130k‐$150k (+ higher for strong operator)
Job Summary
The dealership trades Monday to Saturday with a five‐day working week, closed on Sundays. The role is hands‐on and requires day‐to‐day management of the New Car Sales Department.
It offers an excellent income stream, security of tenure, and a friendly working environment. Strong selling franchises and excellent gross figures can be achieved.
Qualifications
* Current or recent experience as a New Car Sales Manager in a franchised dealership environment.
* Strong management, financial, sales, closing and people‐handling skills.
* Motivation by customer satisfaction and profitability, able to motivate and work alongside sales consultants.
* Australian or New Zealand citizen, or permanent residency holder.
* Physically located in Australia (must provide address for commuting assessment).
