Administrative Professional Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with exceptional numerical skills to support our team in a casual administrator capacity.

* Manage financial accounts payable and receivable using Excel and Microsoft tools, ensuring timely reconciliations and accurate postings.
* Process bank feeds and reconcile all account entries, guaranteeing no discrepancies or errors.
* Assist with stocktake processes and Point of Sale (POS) systems, ensuring seamless operations.


Key Qualifications:

* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for business purposes.
* Prior experience working in payroll administration is preferred.
* Proficiency in MYOB Acumatica/MYOB EXO or MYOB AccountRight, RMS, SwiftPOS would be an asset.


Requirements:

This position requires a self-motivated and organized individual who can work independently with minimal supervision. A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
