About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and versatile professional to join our team as a Regional Business Officer. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of regional projects and initiatives and providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the team.
What You'll Do
Provide top-notch administrative and project support to help deliver regional and state-wide initiatives successfully.
Assist in planning and coordinating regional events and visits, including logistics, programs, invitations, briefing notes and stakeholder communications.
Oversee operational aspects of events, including transport, catering, volunteers, technical production, contracts, run sheets, schedules and event manuals.
Manage departmental correspondence, track progress and ensure records are accurate and up to date using systems such as Content Manager and Salesforce.
Prepare professional written correspondence for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining high standards of presentation.
Handle day-to-day inquiries and provide support to the team in a timely and professional manner.
Effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines, delivering a consistently high standard of support.
What We're Looking For
Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience in project coordination, event management or similar administrative roles.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
