Talent International are currently hiring for a 12-month hourly rate contract with a Federal Government Agency paying $53.63 per hour + Super, with options to extend beyond, based in Dandenong or Geelong.
**The Role**
The APS5 Contact Centre Service Support Officer is a team membership position and is accountable for organising their workflow and making independent decisions relating to an area of responsibility. The position will provide policy advice within an area of specialisation with advice based on policies and legislation.
The position will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries.
**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:
- Contributing to and drafting high level correspondence and reports
- Contributing to the creation and review of training resources, scripting, learning & development material and work instructions
- Providing feedback and support to teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Contributing to process improvements and implementation
