The Opportunity:
As a Personal Training Manager (PT Manager) at our Fortitude Valley club, you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and training all club personal trainers. You will manage the team of PTs to excel and grow their client base to meet revenue targets. This role also involves implementing and managing national fitness projects within your club, handling financial administration, and collaborating with the club leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit trainers who fit well with your existing team.
* Develop team members' practical skills and knowledge.
* Educate your team on relevant business management practices for personal trainers.
* Implement and manage Goodlife's national fitness projects within your club.
* Manage budgeted targets and financial administrative tasks.
* Collaborate with your club's management team.
Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Fitness or above
* Fitness Australia registration
* Current First Aid and CPR certifications
* Working with Children check
Experience & Attributes:
* Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience and/or managing a personal training business
* Proven track record as a personal trainer with a client base
* Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills
* Confidence in engaging proactively with members and working autonomously
* Enthusiasm for health & fitness and helping others
