The Position
Maintain a visible, proactive presence to promote a calm, safe hospital environment.
Use professional judgment and situational awareness to respond to incidents.
De-escalate challenging situations with a respectful, people-focused approach.
Conduct regular patrols and follow established safety protocols.
The Person
Have experience in security, emergency response, defence, or law enforcement.
Are confident, resilient, and able to communicate clearly under pressure.
Hold relevant security qualifications and a valid Private Security Individual Licence.
National Police Check.
Working with Children Check.
First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
