Hammerhead Carpentry & Construction is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter / Site Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day site operations across high-quality residential and commercial builds in Adelaide.

Salary: $90K–$110K + Super
Benefits: Company vehicle, tools provided
Bonus: Quarterly incentive linked to business performance and leadership KPIs (10% profit pool shared between eligible site leaders)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise carpentry crews on site
* Manage day-to-day site operations and workflow
* Coordinate with builders and project managers
* Maintain safety, quality control, and timelines
* Supervise apprentices, carpenters, labourers, and subcontractors
* Identify issues early and contribute to continuous improvement
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 4+ years carpentry experience, including Leading Hand or supervisory duties
* Trade qualified (Certificate III in Carpentry minimum)
* Strong ability to read plans and manage site schedules
* Proven leadership and communication skills
* High attention to safety, quality, and compliance
