Event Operations Specialist Role
The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless event operations, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall success of events at Walkers Arms Events Centre.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with clients and team members to achieve operational goals
* Managing event logistics, including setup, operation, and pack-down
* Providing support in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
* Assisting in venue organization and reset overnight
This full-time position requires physical fitness, independence, and strong teamwork skills. The role involves working on-site, primarily during evenings and nights, with some flexibility to work extended hours when required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a close-knit team.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
* Setting up and packing down furniture, dance floors, and equipment for events
* Supporting gaming room operations, including management of late-night shifts
