Our client, a well-established distribution company, are looking for a customer service superstar to joing their Sales Support team, supporting the Customer Experience Manager by handling customer enquiries and resolving issues. The role involves sales order processing, and both inbound and outbound communication to ensure smooth order management and high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
* Manage and process new sales orders entry, dispatch, expediting and delivery
* Prepare customer correspondence
* Handle order management and invoice updates
* Take inbound and make outbound calls
* Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
Your Profile
* Experience with ERP systems, Pronto OR SAP is a must!
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service
* Professional customer service phone manner in resolving complaints/issues
* Able to work Hours: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
* Ability to grasp various order types and processes: Agency orders, Wholesale orders, Project orders.
* Understanding of sales, freight, logistics, warehousing, and appliances is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail
* Proactive, with initiative and creative problem-solving skills
* A team player!
* Must have full working rights with no limitations, as there is a possibility for ongoing work
