* Key Responsibilities: Evaluate development applications, provide guidance on zoning, development, and land use regulations, and participate efficiently in the Development Application process.
Your Expertise
* Qualifications: Hold a tertiary qualification in Urban Studies or Urban and Regional Planning.
* Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of development assessment and relevant legislation, with ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and manage multiple projects.
* Attitude and Commitment: Possess a 'can do' attitude and commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.

The salary range is $103,400.00 - $115,508.00 per annum.
