Key Responsibilities
* Assist the team with the delivery of business targets through supporting and leading the origination and execution of transactions.
* Undertake modelling, due diligence, financial and credit analysis of transactions and transaction opportunities.
The role will involve working under supervision of deal directors, with assistance from analysts and associates on internal approval process through preparation preparation of business papers as part of capital allocation process.
A key aspect is also to provide stakeholder updates internally throughout this whole journey.Sector market research summaries for clients whilst considering client needs would be conducted

Skill Requirements:
* Candidate should possess significant experience infrastruture finance related field such debt advisory structured financing project advisories ratings or lending products coupled a solid understanding financial markets gained corporate banking organisation after engaging multiple disciplines based global conditions ,having worked competitive environment
