Are you highly organised, calm under pressure and passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? Right at Home Central QLD is seeking a proactive Scheduler / Administrator to join our dedicated team in Hervey Bay.

About the Role

As our Scheduler / Administrator, you will be the central point of coordination for our clients and care staff. Your day will involve:

Creating and managing staff rosters

Responding to client needs and schedule changes

Communicating with carers, clients, and families

Maintaining accurate administrative and care records

Ensuring every client receives the right care at the right time

This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, excellent time management and a genuine passion for helping others.
