The Role
* Preparing and assembling fresh sandwiches
* Pastry preparation and finishing
* Assisting with bread production
* Morning baking and oven work
* Maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
* Contributing to a smooth and well-organised production environment
This role includes working every weekend as part of a consistent roster.
Who We're Looking For
* Have at least 3 years' experience in baking, pastry, or a chef-based role
* Bring strong foundational skills and confidence working independently
* Be self-motivated and take ownership of their work
* Value consistency, attention to detail, and continual improvement
* Enjoy being part of a community-focused business
