The key premise of this role is to support the Billing and Accounts Receivable functions, through specific review and processing of branch billing activities.
On a day to day, this includes:
Managing pricing work dockets and LEM tickets.
Updating job estimates and job costings prior to invoicing.
Reviewing unbilled reports to assess readiness for invoicing.
Reviewing contracts to ensure billing compliance with contracting requirements.
Preparing credit notes as required.
Resolving of disputes and following up of rejected items.
Updating of debt collection portal.
Other tasks as required to support Revenue Accountants or Branch Administrators
The Successful Applicant:
At a base level, this position requires previous exposure to Accounts Receivable or Billing, with experience in Administration and Customer Service highly regarded.
Other particular skills include:
High Attention to detail
Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholder levels.
Computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Service orientation
Ability to prioritise workload.

Whilst the roles are initially contract positions, there is a plan for these roles to turn permanent after the contracting period of three months.
I have a very competitive hourly rate of between $35/hour and $40/hour + Super for this position, with a salary of between $70,000-75,000 + Superannuation offering for if converted to permanent.
