Role
In this role, you will guide our clients through complex projects, offering insights and strategic solutions tailored to their specific needs. Leveraging your consulting project delivery experience in one or more of the following areas, you will collaborate with clients to drive successful outcomes for their organisations:
* Organisational strategy
* Operational improvement and efficiency reviews and program implementation
* Economics
* Business cases (operational, infrastructure or technology investments)
* Program assurance
Your Impact
* Contribute to consulting engagements across a range of industries in the public and private sector, working collaboratively with client stakeholders.
* Conduct comprehensive analyses of client challenges, market trends, and project feasibility to inform strategic recommendations.
* Develop business strategies, practical operational improvement programs, business cases, and feasibility studies for new projects in both public and private sectors.
* Translate business strategies into actionable business and operational models.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement evidence-based strategies aligned with client objectives.
* Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.
About You
* 1 to 10 years’ experience (indicatively) in consulting or consulting related internal roles, in the areas outlined above.
* Track record of consulting engagements, delivering strategic insights, and driving successful project outcomes.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
* Exceptional problem-solving orientation, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to be proactive and take initiative when appropriate.
* While the role is office-based, there will be interstate travels for specific engagements.
