Join to apply for the Landscaping Sales Representative role at Brickworks Building Products. Brickworks VIC has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Wollert, VIC. Reporting to the Sales Manager – VIC Commercial Landscaping, Civil & Design Centres, you will be responsible for representing and selling all things landscaping, including retaining wall products, within the landscaping, civil and architectural segments of the industry.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Formulate strategies that lead to business growth, industry leading customer service and strong revenue results.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers, planning and organising your sales call schedule.
- Develop sales plans, activities and campaigns.
- Meet budget requirements for both volume and revenue.
- Inform customers of new products and price movements including implementing price increases as directed by management.
- Assist with the launch and introduction of new products.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and manage complaints in a timely and responsible manner.
- Ensure the effective use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database; and
- Keep up to date on industry trends and developments.
Success Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a B2B Sales Representative.
- Knowledge of the building and/or construction industry.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
