With a focus on inbound tour operators, online travel agents and overseas wholesalers in the Asian tourism sector the ideal person will be able to drive business by forging strong relationships through their extensive market knowledge. This crucial role with forge strategic partnerships and through targeted business development and drive revenue for the business. Role & Responsibilities Develop key growth plans through strategic sales planning Expand revenue growth through increased market share Build both domestic and international markets. Nurture existing relationships and build on past success Consistently target and on-board new partners, new revenue streams Be innovative in increased customer experiences. Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams and other departments to deliver the best customer engagement Attend and represent the Brand at exhibitions, trade shows and conferences Required Experience: Proven sales management experience within the tourism industry. Strong understanding of the Asian tourism market. International experience. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
