Community Occupational Therapist Opportunity
We are seeking passionate and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our team in delivering community-based therapy services.

The role involves:
* Delivering evidence-based clinical care through Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program and Hospital Substitution programs.
* Conducting occupational therapy assessments and interventions for clients with diverse needs.
* Prescribing assistive aids, home environment modifications and support services to enhance client independence.
* Supporting the professional development of other Occupational Therapists within the team.
* Fostering collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in community or hospital settings as an Occupational Therapist.
* Current registration with AHPRA and possession of an Occupational Therapy degree.
* A valid driver's licence and insured vehicle for travel between appointments.
