We're expanding and looking for experienced Principal and Senior Mining Consultants to join our Underground team at one of our Australian offices located in Perth and Melbourne.

About the Role:
Every day brings new challenges as you manage projects across various commodities, geographies, and clients—from emerging miners to major industry players. As a Principal/Senior Consultant, you'll deliver top-tier consulting services, collaborate with international experts, and lead teams to ensure projects are executed with excellence, within budget, and on schedule.
Responsibilities Include:
* Provide expert technical advice and oversight
* Conduct mining studies (Scoping, Pre-feasibility & Feasibility)
* Author and peer-review technical reports
* Mentor staff and oversee project contractors
* Drive business improvements and support business development activities
* Prepare proposals and contracts
* Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams, working with professionals to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
About You:
* Minimum 7+ years of experience in the mining industry (Senior Mining Consultant)
* Minimum 15+ years of experience in the mining industry (Principal Mining Consultant)
* Proficiency in Mine Planning software (Deswik preferred)
* Experience in managing technical projects and stakeholders to deliver projects
* Proven track record in client relationship building and networking
* Ability to work independently or within teams
* Strong financial management skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Consulting experience is highly regarded
