Nursing Care Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nursing care professional to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, client-focused care to patients residing in our Acute Psychiatric Unit.
The successful candidate will have excellent assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with members of the health care team, clients, and carers.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Acute Psychiatric Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
* Work collaboratively with members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
* Liaise with clients and carers to ensure informed decision-making and empowerment.
* Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes dignity and respect for all patients.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse qualification (RN) or equivalent.
* Current registration with the Nursing Board.
* Experience working in a psychiatric setting preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
