Key Responsibilities:
* Lead transformative planning projects that balance growth and environment through strategies that deliver long-term community wellbeing
* Forge partnerships that unlock major opportunities with government, industry, developers and communities
* Design the future of place by championing sustainable development and urban design principles
* Empower a high-performing team that cares deeply about what they do and shapes direction with purpose
Requirements:
* Senior-level experience in strategic or statutory planning, sustainable development, or urban design
* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence across government and industry
* Confident advocate who can navigate complex decision-making forums and elevate the organisation's voice
* Deep understanding of WA planning legislation and development pathways
* Systems thinker who thrives in complexity and can bring vision into alignment with delivery
