Neighbourhood Plumbing is looking for a Scheduling & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our vibrant team and help drive growth through exceptional client care and smooth coordination across Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule daily plumbing jobs for field technicians to maximise productivity.
* Oversee project planning, including field resource allocation and material coordination.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment for upcoming jobs.
* Support the operations team with compliance certification and permit & application processing.
* Manage inbound enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
* Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and maintain service standards.
* Support the CSR and sales teams with lead management and follow-up communication.
* Assist with general administrative tasks, dispatch coordination, and operational reporting.
