Your new role
There are currently two permanent positions available:
Level 1/2 IT Support Engineer
Level 2/3 IT Support Engineer
You will be responsible for providing technical support across a variety of client environments, resolving issues, and contributing to project work. A hybrid working model is available following the successful completion of the probation period.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in these roles, you must have:
* Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
* Based in or near Northern Sydney
Strong technical skills, including:
* Experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Autopilot
* Familiarity with common MSP tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, Kaseya, or similar RMM/PSA platforms
* For Level 2/3 Engineers: experience with VMware administration and troubleshooting, and advanced networking and server support
