THE ROLE — SALES & STYLING SPECIALIST / BOUTIQUE MANAGER
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is equal parts style expert, sales driver and customer experience champion.
You will be the face of our Hawthorn boutique — leading the in-store team, elevating the styling experience, driving strong sales results, and ensuring our consignors and customers feel inspired, supported and beautifully looked after.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead & Inspire
Be the day-to-day leader of the boutique and in-store team
Create an uplifting, warm atmosphere that customers want to return to
Mentor and train team members to elevate styling, sales skills and customer care
Deliver high-touch styling experiences that delight customers
Confidently drive sales and exceed store targets
Build strong relationships with consignors, ensuring seamless communication and premium service
Oversee daily operations, opening and closing procedures, and administration
Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and presentation standards
Execute marketing, social media and promotional activities alongside the founder
Brand & Community Building
Bring the StyleColab brand to life through styling, storytelling and customer engagement
Support boutique events, campaigns and collaborations
Contribute ideas and insights to evolve and elevate the business
Performance & Reporting
Monitor KPIs and provide weekly insights to support growth
Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience and operational flow
WHO YOU ARE
A natural stylist with elevated personal presentation
Warm, confident and magnetic — you love connecting with people
A strong retailer: either a current Store Manager OR a confident Assistant Manager ready to step up
Passionate about sales performance and achieving targets
Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
Knowledgeable about Australian and international designers
A champion of sustainable fashion and the circular economy
Excited to grow with a brand that's expanding and evolving
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Preloved fashion experience is not essential — a passion for style, quality and customer service is.
