In This Role, You Will
* Support children through daily routines, play‐based learning, and care experiences
* Help create warm, secure, and inclusive environments where every child feels a sense of belonging
* Contribute to learning experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths, and developmental stages
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Work confidently across different centre environments while maintaining Guardian's high standards of care
* Follow all child safety, health, and wellbeing practices at all times

About You
* Hold or are currently studying a Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
* Hold a current Blue Card (or are willing to obtain one)
* Have completed, or are willing to complete, required child safety training
* Bring a reliable, adaptable, and professional approach to your work
* Have a genuine passion for children's learning and development
* Are able to travel between centres in the surrounding area when needed
