**Licensed Surveyors Wanted**
We have some fantastic projects on the books in Perth and regions, so are keen to speak with licensed surveyors for a _**Cadastral Survey Manager**_ positions and general _**Cadastral Surveyor **_roles.
Projects include large mine, civil infrastructure and Government projects.
- Establish and work with clients on day to day and long-term project goals, timeframes, and milestones.
- Coordinate findings with the work of survey managers, engineering, project managers and other relevant personnel concerned with the project.
- Manage and monitor team tasking, delivery, and quality.
- Experience with Landgate PCG2020, PCG1994 or older data.
- Experience in geographic design.
- Provide support, guidance and mentoring to surveyors, assisting with troubleshooting, and interfacing on client issues.
- Establish accurate primary control point using geodetic and engineering instruments.
- Conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, dimensions, and positions of features.
Applicants for the _**Cadastral Surveyor**_position will be comfortable;
- Working closely with clients, engineering survey teams, project managers and construction supervisors.
- Preparing reports and maintaining survey records.
- Establish permanent benchmarks on Site(s) with horizontal and vertical datum on the control point locations.
- Conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, dimensions, and positions of features.
**About you**:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or equivalent.
- Hold a Practicing Certificate from Land Surveys Licensing Board.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Sound time management skills.
- Sound communication skills.
- Australian Driver's license
- Accreditation or membership with SSSI and WAIS.
