Job Description
As a key member of our DCX team, you'll collaborate with clients to deliver innovative engagements that unlock the value of technology and foster a more sustainable and inclusive world.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead client engagements across the strategy-to-delivery spectrum, aligning AI technologies to organisational outcomes.
2. Advise on AI strategy, governance, and operating models, including responsible AI principles, platform integration, and transformation roadmaps.
3. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, designers, and policy experts to deliver human-centred, scalable, and ethical AI solutions.
4. Work with C-level and senior executives to align AI initiatives with business needs, regulatory requirements, and citizen expectations.
5. Translate complex AI concepts into actionable plans for government departments, regulators, and agencies.
6. Support the design, procurement, and delivery of AI platforms, including vendor engagement, commercial modelling, and implementation planning.
7. Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and capability uplift throughout AI transformation programs.
8. Contribute to internal thought leadership and the development of reusable frameworks, tools, and assets for AI delivery in government.
