Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned full-stack engineer to lead the development of our observability applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering feature-rich solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Your primary focus will be on crafting cross-telemetry applications that provide actionable insights by combining data from logs, metrics, traces, and profiles. This will enable our engineers to quickly understand system health and diagnose issues.
You will also own and operate the platform infrastructure that powers our observability applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance as we grow. Additionally, you will partner directly with engineering customers to gather requirements, understand their incident response workflows, and translate those needs into practical tooling solutions.
This role requires strong computer science knowledge around fundamentals and first principles relating to concurrency, multithreading, data structures, architecture, and various design patterns. Experience with React for frontend development and Golang for backend services is essential.
* Familiarity with software engineering best practices and ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
* Deep understanding of observability concepts and hands-on experience in incident response is required.
