About the Role:
\
The Swim School Team Leader is responsible for further developing the Swim School and ensuring the Swimming Teachers under their direction are operating in accordance with established policies and procedures.
\
This position requires a high level of organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment or autonomously.
\
Key Responsibilities:
\

* Ensure staff are appropriately trained, qualified, and motivated to deliver exceptional swimming classes
\
* Report on learn to swim and water safety program outcomes
\
* E nsure that our programs are appropriately resourced and run efficiently
\
* Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety laws by staff and patrons
\

Required Skills and Qualifications
\
Essential Qualifications:
\
\
* Austswim certificate (or equivalent)
\
* CPR certificate
\
* Working with Children Check
\
\
Desirable Qualifications:
\
\
* Infant swimming accreditation
\
* P ool Lifeguard Award
\
* Level 1 or 2 NASCA Swim Coach
\

Benefits
\
We offer an hourly rate of $38.03 and 11.5% superannuation with the option to co-contribute up to 5%.
