The successful applicant will be dedicated to ensuring consistent high standards of service and hospitality from our front office team.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead, manage and inspire the Front Office Team to success.
* Create a guest first service culture.
* Manage property reservations and enquiries.
* Create service initiatives with the view of enhancing the guest experience.
* Empower team members to resolve guest questions and complaints on the spot.
* Coach and mentor Guest Service Agents to go the extra mile.
What we are looking for:
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Strong computer ability and administration skills.
* Great time management skills.
* Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
* The ability to weekends and public holidays.
