The role of an administration assistant in a community program requires strong organisational skills to support the development and growth of the team. This involves coordinating daily operations, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring a respectful and inclusive workplace.

Additionally, the administration assistant will provide weekly updates to the Schools' Breakfast Manager on progress and any issues. A key aspect of this role is working within a team environment to ensure safe, timely, and effective delivery.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
* 2-3 years' experience as an administrator in a medium to large organisation.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* The ability to organise, multitask, and prioritise.
* Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
* Initiative and solutions-focused approach with good time management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimum direction and as part of a team.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Sound knowledge of computer systems including an ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
