Total Remuneration $88,138 to $93,095 pa (including salary $74,478 to $78,667 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Are you an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys variety in your work? CQUniversity is seeking an Administration Officer to join our Facilities Management Directorate, providing vital support across property management and the University's unique art collection.
In this role you will work closely with the Facilities Management Director and a supportive team, taking ownership of administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly while contributing to exciting art and property projects across the University.
We are looking for an individual with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a positive team environment and make a real impact on our facilities and art management.

Position Requirements
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate systems such as Archibus and Finance One
* Experience in diary management, correspondence, event coordination and client service
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and maintain professionalism in all interactions
* Relevant associate‑level qualification or equivalent education and experience
* Understanding of asset‑management principles
* Knowledge of property leasing arrangements, or the ability to gain knowledge quickly
* Previous experience in audit, assessment management or invoice processing
